Four foods that could be affecting your body odour



Did you know that food can affect your body odour? Well, there are different types of foods that can make our bodies release the bad odour. These are the kind of foods we should avoid all the times. Besides alcohol, there are foods we eat daily that can make us generate different smells. Here are four foods making you smell;

1. Red Meat

In 2006, researchers from the Czech Republic showed that red meat is not good for the body. Samples of perspiration collected from men who eat meat more often showed that they smell awful.

2. Chicken curry

Both men and women love chicken curry. However, curry lovers do not know what they are getting themselves.  The aromas of the spices used to make the chicken curry can make your body to smell at the end of the day.

3. Garlic

Garlic can make your body to stink. Garlic contains a sulfur compound known as allin. The compound is often released when you crush or cut garlic. Individuals who eat garlic on a regular basis can smell bad.

4. Asparagus

Ripe asparagus crops can make your urine smell. The sulfur compound known as mercaptan breaks down in the digestive system.  If you don’t want to offend the people around you then you should avoid eating these crop.
