Meet Our Editors


ACEworld has always been a one big family; from the time of ACEworld Bleeding Pen, our first whatsapp group created in August, 2014 till this moment, it has never been a one man initiative. And this is why we are always a team of hardworking, zealous and vibrant leaders (today belongs to us). 

Here are few of the active partners of ACEworld seeing to the effective up and running of our online platform:



Oyibo Emmanuel Ameh, better known under his nom de plume of Emminex Paradox, is an award-winning poet, word addict and biochemist. He is the winner of the 2017 Nibstears Poetry Contest (NPC) and has his works featured in several editions of the Youthshades monthly magazine and several other anthologies. When he is not seeing animations, he is reading a sci-fi thriller novel.

He hails from Idah Kogi state, Igala by tribe and speaks two other languages, namely: Hausa and English.

Emmanuel is open-minded for learning and ever willing to see things from the perspective of others.



Mahi Adedare is a Poet , Writer , Photographer , Blogger and a Computer Engineering  Student. Hails from Iseyin, Oyo State, Nigeria. Lives in Ibadan, Nigeria.

He loves saying what is right and this is reflecting in his Art.



John Chizoba Vincent is a cinematographer, filmmaker, music video director, poet and a writer.  A graduate of mass communication.  He believes in life and the substances that life is made of. He has four books published to his credit which includes Hard Times,  Good Mama, Letter from Home. For boys of tomorrow  is his first offering to poetry.  He lives in Lagos.



Mariam Ayoife Olojede, an indigene of Abeokuta south LGA of Ogun State, Nigeria is a graduate of  science and mathematics.She enjoys teaching, reading novels and biographies, visiting art galleries, museums, recreational parks and wildlife reserves, meditating and listening to pop and country side musics.

Writing is her therapy, from prose to poetry. Mariam is an aspiring philanthropist, a nurse in the making!


Micheal Ace is a poet, essayist and fiction/nonfiction writer from Ibadan, Nigeria. He's the founding editor and publisher at ACEworld Online Magazine and ACEworld Publishers, a graphic designer at ACEworld Graphics, and a computer scientist. 

He's an unrepentant curator/host of anthologies and contests mostly via the magazine and his Facebook platform: Pun poetry contest, Growth contest, Wakanda:Rewriting Africa contest, Anarchi contest, In my father's house anthology, Chronicles of silence, This is Nigeria anthology, Themanthology of night and many more.

His literary works (poems, articles, stories) have appeared or forthcoming on Praxis Magazine, African Writer, Brittle Paper, Tuck Magazine, Wildsound Review, Lunaris Review, Naijaloaded, Ynaija, Kalahari Review, South African Diaspora, AFAS Review etc. 

He is the author of 'Sermon From A Stammerer', a collection of poems which he published in December, 2016, 'Scarlet Silk', a 14 poems chapbook in February, 2017, and "The thing between my legs", a collection of his short stories published on the 3rd of may, 2018.
